Paragon Pro Elite LLC provides a soccer training experience in Spain for athletes. We do not guarantee professional contracts, trials, or career advancements.

User Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure they meet all travel requirements (passport, visa, etc.).

• Participants must comply with all local laws and program guidelines while in Spain.

• Health and travel insurance are strongly recommended.

Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed through PayPal and are conducted in the U.S.

• Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice.

Liability Disclaimer

Paragon Pro Elite LLC is not liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage during the European Experience.

• Travel disruptions, including flight cancellations or denied entry to Spain.

• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• We collect personal data (name, contact information, payment details) to process transactions and improve our services.

3. Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for the European Experience program unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., event cancellation by Paragon Pro Elite LLC).

• Customers unable to attend may transfer their registration to another eligible participant upon approval.

Force Majeure

• No refunds will be issued due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel bans, visa denials, or natural disasters. We will work with affected customers on alternative solutions where possible.
